By accessing or using ScrollFacts (the "Service") at scrollfacts.fun or through our mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users who access adult content categories must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

When you submit a fact you confirm that:

• The content is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• You have the right to share the content.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• The content does not contain hate speech, explicit adult material (outside designated categories), spam, or illegal content.

ScrollFacts reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, plagiarised, or deliberately misleading facts.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction.

All platform design, code, branding, and curated content is owned by ScrollFacts. User-submitted facts remain the property of their authors; by submitting you grant ScrollFacts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the content within the platform.

Submitted facts are reviewed before publication. We use automated checks and manual review to verify accuracy. We may reject content without providing a reason. Our decisions on content moderation are final.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that facts are 100% accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that errors will be corrected. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScrollFacts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
